We accept cash, check and credit cards.
Payments are due on the first of the month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month a $15 late fee will be charged. Payments not received by the 15th of the month will be overlocked and an overlock fee of $15 will apply.
Payments can be left in the drop box conveniently located next to the exit key pad for the gate. Please use an envelope with your name and unit number clearly printed on the outside.
You can call in with your credit card number or we can enter it securely into our system and charge your card each month. Simple, easy and you never miss a payment.
